How to pour seltzer or still water from a draft system
Can I pour seltzer using these draft towers?
If pouring seltzer or still water, it is important to reduce the pressure BEFORE it gets to the tower lines. Most towers are set up to have about 13-14 lbs of flow restriction in them. Hooking up water/seltzer without an inline flow restrictor runs the risk of bursting the tubing and seals.
