What is the difference between matte black and blackened steel tubing and black pipe?

Explaining the difference between these black-colored materials.

Matte black tubing is powder-coated tubing that is rated for outdoor installation. It can be cut to length and is installed with brackets. Blackened steel tubing is stainless steel tubing with an electroplated finish.

Black pipe is industrial gas pipe and will rust easily. It cannot be cut to length in the field and is installed by mounting it into flanges on the floor. Given the black pipe’s weight, installing it into the bar face is not recommended.
